On average, our technicians have 20 plus years of industry experience with expertise in inspection, dismantling, relocating, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, automation integrations and first shot. Our experience includes die cast machines, trim presses, automation, melting, holding and dosing furnaces as well as general facility experience.
We do more than just trouble shoot die casting machine problems; we provide turn-key machine cell relocations. We specialize in relocating machines from Europe and Japan to destinations in the USA and Mexico. We have relocated machines as large as 4,000 tons.
Our associates working alongside our highly experienced sub-contractors can get you up and running quickly at reasonable costs. We can typically deinstall, ship, relocate install a 1,200 ton machine and get you a first shot in six weeks. This includes the integration of the automation and furnace equipment.
